Senior Center Remodel

Cowtown Design & Build delivered a thoughtful, fast-tracked remodel of the Sherman Senior Center—keeping the facility open and welcoming throughout construction. Our team phased work, isolated zones, and scheduled noisy tasks off-hours so daily programs never missed a beat. The project focused on accessibility, safety, and comfort: new ADA-compliant restrooms, refreshed finishes, durable millwork, and an accessible route from parking to entry with a new ramp and rail system.
